Sherborne is great without you

Sir Terry says put the heart back in our high streets

Sir Terry Leahy – ex Chief Executive of Tesco (and incidentally the person responsible for taking Tesco into the US  with its now failed Fresh & Easy chain, so you would think he’d be keeping a low profile at the moment), speaks in The Telegraph as it launches an initiative to reinvent Britain’s high street.

Yes that’s right, Sir Terry Leahy is now telling us we ‘must put the heart back into our high streeets’.  Erm, would that be the heart he helped to rip out?  You can read The Telegraph FEATURE here and form your own opinion.  OR…. you may prefer to read the unedited  Sir Terry speaks (in a spoof kind of way)  version that has been sent to us…

PS Good pic by the Telegraph : Sir Terry standing next to a lemon.  Nice one.  (picture credit – The Telegraph)
